Job Description: ERE Development is seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Manager to support the daily administrative operations of its Vancouver office. The role ensures office procedures, records, budgets, reports, supplies and internal workflows are managed efficiently in a busy on‑site environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed and deadlines met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
  • Co‑ordinate and plan office services (accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, security services).
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate.
