CBI Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based OT services in the Huron Perth region. The role offers a per-visit pay model with a $5,000 signing bonus and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities include implementing ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and delivering restorative care through coaching and self-management support.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the community.
• Emphasis on person- and family-centered care.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $82 – $86 per visit.

Sign on Bonus: $5,000*

• Mobility: Ability to travel within the community - valid driver’s license and insurance required
