Job summary

CBI Home Health Oakville is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our home and community care teams in Oakville, Halton. The role supports clients in living safely and independently at home, with flexible scheduling options and a focus on client-centered care.

You will conduct assessments, implement OT interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. A valid OT license in Ontario is required, and travel within the community is expected to reach clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Ability to travel within the community - valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Embraces person- and family-centered care with compassion.
• Exhibits good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions.
• Suits working in both team settings and independently.
• Values the role of a therapist in enabling clients to remain at home when it aligns with goals.

• Digital Health: Utilize our digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.
