Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Chatham area. The role focuses on delivering home-based OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications to help clients live safely at home.

The position emphasizes team collaboration, holistic care, and the use of digital platforms for care delivery and documentation. A driver’s license and Ontario OT registration are required to serve clients in the community.

Qualifications
