Job summary

CBI Home Health in Canada is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care in the Huron Perth region. You will assess clients, implement OT interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and safe living at home.

The role offers flexible scheduling, the possibility of full-time, part-time, casual or contract work, and a competitive per-visit pay rate of $82-$86 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Professional Standing: You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Mobility: Ability to travel within the community - valid driver's license and insurance required

Responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services.
• Holistic Care: Support a restorative approach to health, offering interventions, health coaching, and self-management support.
• Digital Health: Utilize our digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.
