Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve clients in Peterborough with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves performing OT assessments and interventions, recommending equipment and home modifications, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.

The ideal candidate is registered in Ontario, willing to travel locally, and excels in communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Ontario in good standing.
• Ability to travel within the community with a valid driver's license.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with home care and community health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.

• Support a restorative approach to health with interventions, health coaching, and self-management support.
• Utilize digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $102.56 – $117.76 per visit
