Bissell Centre is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Hope Terrace team, supporting adults toward home stability and goal achievement through a client-centered approach. The Occupational Therapist will work apart of a support team to provide support to adults to support home stability and goal achievement through a client centered approach. The Occupational Therapist will be based in-house but will also work and represent Bissell Centre out in the community. This position focuses on assessing participant’s executive function and assisting in the formulation of care plans. Through assessment and intervention, the Occupational Therapist will support skill development that enables participants to engage in activities of daily living, employment, and any additional areas that aim to increase home stability, reduce isolation, and increase meaningful daily activity.
