The Clinical Social Worker is responsible for the clinical oversight of all participants within the Family Intervention program, ensuring that every intervention is grounded in professional standards and therapeutic best practices. This role leads the development and rigorous monitoring of care planning and adherence, ensuring that service delivery remains aligned with established participant goals.
Specializing in complex case management, the Clinical Social Worker provides direct intervention and strategic coordination for high-needs cases, bridging the gap between clinical assessment and integrated community support.
