Bissell Centre in Edmonton is seeking a Team Lead for Family Intervention to support the manager in implementing and evaluating the Family Intervention program. You will supervise a team of support staff and ensure timely, client-centered services.
You will mentor Family and Youth Support Workers, navigate care plans, and collaborate with the clinical social worker and other providers. Strong registration with ACSW and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

How You’ll Make an Impact?
The Team Lead, Family Intervention Program is responsible for assisting the manager in the implementation, administration, and evaluation of the Family Intervention program. The Team Lead directly supervises a team of support staff to build performance and development.
The Team Lead supports Family and Youth Support Workers to build and navigate client-directed care plans for participants. This position will influence and celebrate positive outcomes with participants and will work with the front-line support workers and care team to mitigate problems and obstacles that threaten to undermine participant’s wellbeing. Keeping clear and accurate files and records is essential.
