Job summary

AgeCare in Ajax, Ontario is seeking a Nursing Unit Clerk to coordinate the daily staffing of the Nursing Department, supporting a safe and resident-centered environment.

You will manage replacement staffing on a daily call-in basis, update the Master Schedule, obtain overtime approvals from the Director of Care, and monitor attendance reports. This role requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, CPR may be required, and is a hands-on position in long-term care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education an asset.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain current CPR.

Responsibilities
