Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a Nursing Unit Clerk to coordinate daily staffing for the Nursing Department and to help maintain a safe, secure environment for residents, visitors and staff. You will update the Master Schedule, communicate scheduling changes, and obtain overtime approvals from the Director of Care.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, excellent English communication (oral and written), and CPR may be required. Canadian work experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education an asset.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain CPR.
