Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Delta, BC is seeking a responsible Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role blends guest service with nightly accounting, ensuring a smooth transition between days and a precise closeout of the previous day’s financial activity.

You will balance cash, input data into the front office system, run daily reports, handle check-ins and check-outs, and answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or six months to one year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills.
• People-person with polite and positive demeanor.
• Able to interact with guests and team members professionally.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconcile credit cards and submit batches.
• Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Complete front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and other guest requests.
• Answer guests' questions about hotel services and amenities.
