Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of guest service experience
• Preferably 1 year of hospitality
• Experience working nights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and a positive team player
• Good computer software skills
• Attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Prioritization and task management
• Calm under pressure
• Follow directions with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay
• Check out guests and build post-stay relationships
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and accurately
• Be knowledgeable about resort facilities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
• Follow department policies and service standards
• Use computer software for guest check-in/check-out and transactions
• Balance hotel transactions and print reports for management
• Maintain accurate journal entries
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences
• Maintain guest information confidentiality and hotel data security
• Be aware of emergency and safety procedures
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
