Qualifications

• Night Auditor with attention to detail and strong numerical/accounting skills.
• Experience with night audit procedures in hospitality.
• Familiarity with PMS and accounting software.
• Post-secondary education in hospitality management or accounting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports.
• Post charges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts.
• Generate daily revenue and occupancy reports for management.
• Address guest inquiries during overnight hours with professionalism.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and prepare documentation for review.
• Identify discrepancies in financial data promptly.
