Job summary

Delta Hotels Edmonton South Conference Centre is seeking an overnight Finance & Accounting professional to support general ledger processes from 11pm to 7:30am. You will audit, balance ledgers, prepare reports, and resolve discrepancies with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

This management-level role requires a finance background with strong analytical skills and the ability to operate with minimal supervision during night hours. Full-time position with annual pay range listed.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in finance and accounting or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements accounting work and projects as assigned.
• Coordinates, implements and follows up on Accounting SOP audits for all areas of the property.
• Balances credit card ledgers.
• Posts all transactions on a regular basis to ensure that bills are kept up-to-date.
• Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
