Job summary

Richcraft Homes in Ottawa seeks a New Homebuilder Sales Representative to guide homebuyers through the process of selecting and purchasing a new-built home. You will work closely with prospective buyers, providing product knowledge and exceptional service to build strong client relationships.

You will conduct model home tours, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate information and timely progress from sale to closing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, preferably as a new builder or condo sales representative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Ability to communicate quickly and concisely in verbal and written format.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of model homes and showcase homes, highlighting features and customization options.
• Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to address questions and provide construction progress updates.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor Ottawa demographics, amenities, market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
• Visit other builders in the area and prepare monthly competition analyses.
• Ensure models and existing homes are well maintained and notify head office for improvements.
• Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale with purchasers, detailing design, lot, upgrades and closing dates.
• Prepare all required paperwork and review with homebuyers from POS to After Closing.
• Liaise with Site, Architecture, Cost Administration and Design Centre to ensure accurate information.
• Attend head office regularly for paperwork/supplies and meetings.
• Pursue self-development and deepen knowledge of Richcraft products and policies.
