Job summary

Richcraft Homes is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join our sales office in Ottawa. You will welcome potential homebuyers, present Richcraft products, and respond to calls and emails with a high level of customer service.

Ideal candidates bring experience in new homes sales or strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and active listening. Hours include Monday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday shifts and additional times as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in new homes sales is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with an attention to detail.
• An active listener with responsive skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service.
• Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products.
• Answering phones and replying to emails from prospective home buyers.
• Other duties as required to support the Sales Office.

The Role:

Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Sales Assistant to work out of the Richcraft Sales Office located at 821 Atrium Ridge.

In This Role, You Will:

• Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service
• Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products
• Answering phones and replying to emails from prospective home buyers
• Other duties as required to support the Sales Office

Hours are Monday & Thursday 12-7pm, Sat & Sun 12-5:00pm and as needed

Job Type: New

Pay: $20/hourly
