Job summary

Richcraft Homes in Ottawa is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to welcome homebuyers, present Richcraft products and support the Sales Office. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining organization in a busy sales environment.

Hours are Monday and Thursday 12-7pm, Saturday and Sunday 12-5pm, with pay of $20/hour. Prior experience in new homes sales is an asset and the team emphasizes growth and a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service.
• Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products.
• Answering phones and replying to emails from prospective home buyers.
• Other duties as required to support the Sales Office.

The Role:

Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Sales Assistant to work out of the Richcraft Sales Office located at 821 Atrium Ridge.

In This Role, You Will:

• Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service
• Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products
• Answering phones and replying to emails from prospective home buyers
