Qualifications

• This role requires an active AMVIC license and a Class 5 Drivers License with a clean abstract.
• Previous experience in an automotive management role is preferred.
• Customer-focused with a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Set individual and team sales goals and conduct regular training sessions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection.
• Prepare sales reports for senior management.
• Work closely with senior management for the success of the Sales department.
