Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a book of multifamily clients, including targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative on client calls. You will be the strategic voice, making the calls on campaign direction.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, covering budget, bidding, targeting and testing, with strong emphasis on ROAS and reporting. Remote role across CAN/US/SA, with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline impact.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with multifamily or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
