Overview

The Mobile Device Coordinator maintains day to day operations by troubleshooting and managing the mobile devices of team members, as well as training staff on the use of their mobile devices. This role is essential as our field staff use their devices every shift.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Monitor mobile device programs through Alerts Management systems and advise Branch Management on worker performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals.
  • Inventory control, activation, deployment, and de-activation of mobile devices
  • Track retrieval of devices from inactive and terminated employees
  • Identify relevant training needs, documentation, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide training to new workers during the Onboarding Process
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with devices as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Effort (Mental & Physical)
  • Travel is required to regional locations
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Overtime as required.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
  • Post-secondary education
  • 2 years of training experience is preferred
