Job summary

RBC is seeking a Branch Manager to guide a local team, drive client acquisition, and elevate the client experience in the Antigonish market. You will lead with a community focus, steward digital channels, and align goals across RBC partners.

You will manage talent, develop staff, recruit effectively, and ensure consistently high engagement while growing sales and market share through multi-channel strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a people management role.
• Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) and license sales experience within the last 3 years.
• Completed mutual fund branch management exam or ability to write within 4 months of start date.
• Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset and ability to leverage digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results and support new client acquisitions through multiple channels, including your team and local partners.
• Lead change and allocate resources to meet community needs, growing sales, revenue, and market share.
• Ensure high employee engagement through recruiting, talent management, development, and career planning.
• Inspire and deliver superior retailing to provide a memorable client experience.
• Coach your team on client advice, education, problem resolution, and digital enablement.
