Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in hunter-focused business development.
• Experience in Mining, Energy, Industrial Services, Hospitality or B2B services.
• Proven ability to generate, pursue and close complex opportunities with long cycles.
• Ability to travel 30-60% across Eastern Canada.
• Strong ownership, resilience and revenue attainment track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting across Eastern Canada mining sector.
• Develop market-entry and account-growth strategies for new clients.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
• Negotiate complex deals with senior executives and procurement teams.
• Build client relationships from site to C-suite levels.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and strategic account plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for proposals and wins.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
