You will own the full BD lifecycle, build relationships with C-suite and senior leaders, and lead RFPs and complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a true hunter-style business development role with a track record of generating net-new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full business development lifecycle from market mapping to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers across corporate offices, professional services firms, technology companies, agriculture and aviation sectors in Western Canada.
• Help organizations reimagine workplace experiences through hospitality, dining, amenities and support services solutions.
• Lead strategic sales pursuits valued in the millions of dollars, navigating complex stakeholder groups and procurement processes.
• Develop customized business cases, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate measurable value for prospective clients.
• Partner with operations, culinary, marketing, finance, and subject matter experts to create differentiated client solutions.
• Leverage Compass Group Canada's national scale and industry expertise to unlock opportunities and accelerate growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and create long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
• Coordinate and lead RFP responses, client meetings, site visits and contract negotiations.
