The role requires 7+ years in business development with mining experience, an established network of mining owners and EPCM firms, and the ability to advance opportunities from development through closure.

Requirements

• Bring 7+ years of business development, commercial leadership, or project development experience
• Possess 5+ years of direct mining or mine-site contracting experience
• Demonstrate an established network across mining companies and engineering firms in Western and Northern Canada
• Show success developing and converting multi-discipline civil and mining opportunity pipelines
• Understand mine development, permitting, construction, operations, and closure processes
• Apply knowledge of civil construction, earthworks, tailings, water management, or reclamation projects
• Collaborate effectively with estimating, operations, project delivery, and executive leadership teams
• Hold a degree or diploma in business, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred
