Phase Consulting is confidentially seeking a Vice-President, Canada for a growing mining consultancy. You will set strategy, attract and sign clients, and build the firm’s reputation across Canadian mining while partnering with an established international network.

Based anywhere in Canada with hybrid work and regular travel to client sites and conferences, you will own the P&L and lead a multidisciplinary team, reporting to executive leadership as the business scales.

Formación

• Significant Canadian mining industry experience.
• 15+ years in mining, including senior leadership.
• Proven business development and P&L ownership experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to travel across Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Win new clients and build a pipeline across the Canadian mining landscape.
• Own the P&L for the Canadian operation.
• Remain technically hands-on and generate consulting revenue.
• Lead a hybrid team of Canadian consultants, subcontractors, and global technical staff.
• Represent the firm publicly and align with the Global Board.
