Confidential Search in Canada is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth in Western Canada for giant OTR mining tires. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, building relationships with mining operators, contractors, OEMs, and tire service providers.

The role is highly entrepreneurial: you will build a territory from scratch, travel to mine sites across the region, and partner with technical and logistics teams to ensure on-time product delivery

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in the mining industry with hunter sales experience.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network in Canadian/Western Canadian mining community (Calgary, AB, BC).
• Willingness to travel extensively to mine sites.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive sales growth of giant OTR/mining tires across Western Canada.
• Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with key decision-makers at mining operations, mining contractors, and equipment fleets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, needs analysis, quoting, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Work closely with technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and after-sales support.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer demand, and industry trends; feed insights back to headquarters.
• Represent the company at industry events, mine sites, and trade shows across the region.
• Build and maintain a healthy, growing sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
