Job summary

Othership is seeking a Front Desk Steward in Toronto for part-time shifts. You will welcome journeyers, oversee the flow of guests, and support the sauna guides and cleaning team. This role focuses on delivering mindful, warm customer service while maintaining a well‑organized space.

You will manage bookings via Mariana Tek, assist with memberships, and handle calls/emails, ensuring a smooth journeyer experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 2-3 shifts per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Experience in customer service, administration and management is preferred.
• Proficiency with Mariana Tek and Notion; able to manage bookings and memberships.
• Willingness to learn the classes and programming offered at Othership.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Othership; greet journeyers with warmth and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage reception desk, drive sales, and cultivate journeyer relationships.
• Handle check-ins, phone calls and email inquiries; engage in Discord interactions.
• Oversee facility operations and cleanliness across spaces (tea room, sauna, bathrooms).
• Maintain Mariana Tek database, class sign-ins, attendance, and memberships.
