Johns Manville in Innisfail, Alberta is seeking a fully qualified Millwright for our manufacturing facility. Candidates must hold an Alberta Journeyman Millwright Trade Certificate or Inter Provincial Seal and have at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, teamwork, and troubleshooting skills, along with basic computer skills and SAP maintenance experience.

Competenze

• Fully qualified Millwright with an Alberta Journeyman Millwright Trade Certificate or Inter Provincial Seal.
• Minimum of 3 years industrial plant maintenance experience.
• Good communication skills and above average teamwork.
• Basic computer skills; SAP Maintenance Management experience is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work a continuous 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

Our Innisfail, Alberta manufacturing facility has an opening for a Millwright.

• Fully Qualified Millwright with an Alberta Journeyman Millwright Trade Certificate or equivalent (Inter Provincial Seal preferred)
• A minimum of 3 years industrial plant maintenance experience
• Good communication skills
• Above average teamwork skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
• SAP Maintenance Management System experience is an asset
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• The successful candidate may be required to work a continuous 12-hour shift

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Implement preventative and predictive programs/assignments for mechanical systems
• Participate in post event analysis and root cause discussions and take part in developing solutions
• Commit to adhering to guidelines and maintaining technical and preventative records
• Review and apply a continuous improvement mindset to safe work practices, procedures, and standards
• Maintain equipment histories and complete equipment overhaul check sheets
• Work closely with other maintenance and/or operations as required and be willing to work by yourself to ensure equipment/plant reliability

The starting wage is $55.50 per hour.
