Job summary

Johns Manville Cornwall facility is seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator to join production in a Pay-For-Skills track. You’ll advance through four positions as you learn each job, with pay increases after each step, offering room for advancement.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to work 12-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass drug/background checks. Benefits are highlighted as part of the Berkshire Hathaway family.

The Entry-Level Machine Operator would join the team in one of the four production positions as part of our Pay-For-Skills program. This program builds on the Entry Level Operator with pay increasing after each of the four jobs is learned which means ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. The facility is one of the top performers in the division supplying material all over the United States and Canada which translates to JOB SECURITY.
