Johns Manville Canada, Inc. in Innisfail, Alberta, is seeking a Fully Qualified Millwright to join the Mechanical Maintenance Team. The role requires at least 3 years of plant maintenance experience, Alberta Journeyman Millwright certification, and strong problem-solving skills.

The shift is full-time, Mon-Thurs, 10-hour days, at our Innisfail location. Salary starts at $55.50 per hour, with benefits including Vision, Dental, Paid Vacation, and RRSP Match.

Formación

• Fully Qualified Millwright with an Alberta Journeyman Millwright Trade Certificate or equivalent (Inter Provincial Seal preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years industrial plant maintenance experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Above average teamwork skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office & Outlook).
• SAP Maintenance Management System experience is an asset.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Implement preventative and predictive programs/assignments for mechanical systems.
• Participate in post event analysis and root cause discussions and take part in developing solutions.
• Commit to adhering to guidelines and maintaining technical and preventative records.
• Review and apply a continuous improvement mindset to safe work practices, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain equipment histories and complete equipment overhaul check sheets.
• Work closely with other maintenance and/or operations as required and be willing to work by yourself to ensure equipment/plant reliability.
