Job summary

TVO Ontario Educational Communications Authority is seeking a Business Systems Owner to define the vision and roadmap for enterprise software, focusing on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and Copilot Studio. You will partner with stakeholders, admins, developers, security and vendors to deliver scalable, secure solutions that improve productivity and employee experience.

This role requires strong business acumen, hands-on technical expertise, and experience leading complex platform

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field.
5-7 years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of enterprise software systems, including Microsoft 365 platforms, administration concepts, security, compliance, governance and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, environment strategy, governance, connectors and data loss prevention policies.
Demonstrated strong experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including designing, building, testing, deploying and governing enterprise Copilot agents for enterprise wide usage.
Experience leading technology implementations through requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, change management, adoption and operational support.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain platform vision, roadmap and governance for Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions.
Provide hands-on technical leadership for configurations, integrations and deployment readiness.
Ensure safe self-service development with guardrails and standards.
Coordinate vendor relationships, licensing considerations, and product updates.
