Job summary

TVO Media Education Group, an Ontario ministry agency, seeks a Business Systems Owner to drive the vision and governance of enterprise software, notably Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will partner with stakeholders, admins, developers and security teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions that improve productivity and employee experience.

You will lead platform initiatives, manage roadmaps, and ensure responsible AI adoption while aligning with organizational priorities

Qualifications

Undergrad degree in IT, CS, or business or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of enterprise software systems incl. MS 365, governance, security.

Responsibilities

Define vision and roadmap for enterprise software systems and Copilot Studio.
Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, developers, security and vendors.
Lead end-to-end implementations, from discovery to adoption and support.
Develop governance standards for platform configuration, data, and access.
Translate business needs into scalable, lake-proof solutions using MS 365 & Copilot.
