Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Manager, Modern Workplace Technology Consulting to join our Technology Consulting team in a hybrid role. You will lead engagements around Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams and Viva, driving pre-sales activities, workshops and solution delivery.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with partners including Microsoft. This role offers cross‑office flexibility in Canada and a strong focus on client outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at understanding and eliciting client business challenges.
• Experience leading pre-sales meetings and activities including demos and proposals.
• Experience leading or managing a team and mentoring team members.
• Strong change management and adoption framework knowledge.
• Ability to run workshops/requirements gathering sessions.

Responsibilities

• Growth: participate in pre-sales activities including demos, proposals and drafting statements of work.
• Assist in development & implementation of new service offerings.
• Lead client workshops and document requirements for modern workplace solutions.
• Manage multiple engagements against budget, timeline, and scope.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps for clients' modern workplace journey.
• Lead/drive marketing and sales campaigns to generate leads.
• Engage with partners like Microsoft and ISVs.
