Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager, Workplace Digital Solutions to lead day-to-day delivery and operations of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot across the enterprise. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people management in a global environment.

You will oversee platform operations, drive Copilot adoption, govern Power Platform, enable self-service while maintaining security, licensing, and lifecycle management. Lead a team of specialists and manage budgets.

Qualifications

University or college diploma in computer science or related field.
5+ years managing digital workplace or collaboration technology with Microsoft 365.
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Hands-on deployment of Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
Experience with Power Platform and the AI productivity stack.
Strong identity, security, governance knowledge in Microsoft cloud.

Responsibilities

Oversee platform operations, reliability, and governance of workplace platforms.
Lead Copilot adoption, rollout, and optimization; support AI Champion program.
Govern Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages; enable self-service while ensuring security and licensing.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists and analysts.
Manage service levels, incident response, and KPI tracking for platform health.
Partner with IT Security, Data Privacy, and Risk teams on policies for tenant config and data protection.
Manage budget inputs and ROI; monitor adoption and performance metrics.
Lead change management and training with HR and Communications.
