Job summary
City of Toronto is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead to architect, plan, and deliver Microsoft 365 initiatives across the organization. You will lead hands-on design, implementation, rollout, and optimization of the M365 toolset, with a focus on Intune and Purview, aligning solutions with business goals and security standards.
You will work closely with City stakeholders, provide technical leadership to delivery teams, and ensure successful adoption through training and change
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in enterprise solutions architecture, technical leadership and delivery of complex programs.
- Experience implementing Microsoft 365 SaaS solutions including design, deployment and optimization.
- Strong understanding of SaaS concepts and cybersecurity in enterprise IT.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, rollout, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Toolset (Intune, Purview).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs and architectures.
- Provide guidance to project teams across the implementation lifecycle and develop comprehensive technical documentation.
- Drive change management and user adoption to ensure successful solution rollout.
- Develop use cases, traceability matrices, and reporting to monitor KPIs.
