Desjardins is seeking an on-call Member/Client Experience Advisor to assist members and clients with financial transactions and digital tools, aiming to deliver a welcoming and empowered experience. You will identify opportunities, refer complex cases to specialists, and stay informed about latest products while ensuring compliance and security in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Support members and clients by promoting Desjardins tools and services and providing guidance on transactions.
• Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery and activities.
• Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, referring them to appropriate partners.
• Stay updated on the latest standards, products, and services in the field.
• Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules.
