Desjardins is hiring for a full-time on-site Member/Client Experience Advisor in Lanaudière. You will guide members on banking transactions, promote Desjardins products and digital solutions, and help clients use tools safely.

You’ll assist with fraud or irregularities and refer to partners as needed, contributing to service delivery and business development while building relationships with members and clients.
