Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two years of related experience preferred.
• French language proficiency required.
• Knowledge of all convenience services and Desjardins products is expected; familiarity with Desjardins Business centres and distribution networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients with Desjardins products and digital tools.
• Promote Desjardins services across channels and advise on transactions.
• Identify business opportunities and refer customers to appropriate colleagues.
• Address fraud or irregularities and refer to specialists as needed.
• Ensure compliance, security, and risk management practices are followed.
