Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of relevant experience preferred.
• French language proficiency required.
• Familiarity with Desjardins products and services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by informing them about available financial products and digital tools.
• Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery.
• Assist members and clients who experience fraud or irregularities and help settle cases.
• Stay updated on standards, products and services in the field.
• Uphold compliance, security and risk management standards.
