Job summary

Desjardins in the Richelieu-Yamaska region is seeking a Member and Client Experience Advisor for a full-time on-site role. You will enhance member experiences by guiding banking transactions and promoting Desjardins products and services.

You will also champion digital solutions, helping members use tools securely, and contribute to business development through outstanding service and relationship building. Proficiency in French is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of French is required.

• Support business development and maintain relationships through service delivery.
• Assist members and clients with fraud or irregularities and refer to appropriate partners.

Several opportunities are currently available in the Richelieu-Yamaska region.

As a Member and Client Experience Advisor, you enhance the experience of members and clients by advising them on their banking transactions and promoting Desjardins products and services. You are also an ambassador for digital solutions, helping members use technological tools securely.

More specifically, you’ll:

• Support members and clients by telling them about existing technological tools and applications that can help them do transactions and operations on their own
• Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
• Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners
