Job summary
St-Amour & Associates, Senc. seeks an Electrical Supervisor for our Estrie manufacturing facility to oversee electrical maintenance, automation, and equipment improvement.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will plan and coordinate a team of 15 technicians and electricians, collaborate with production, mechanical maintenance, and engineering, and drive reliability. You will monitor key indicators, participate in installing new equipment, and lead automation projects to enhance performance
Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the electrical maintenance and automation team
- Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, and automation failures
- Ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Contribute to automation and process improvement projects
- Monitor performance indicators (availability, MTBF, MTTR, costs)
- Ensure compliance with electrical and health and safety standards
