Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with hands-on ownership of multi-channel consumer campaigns.
• Direct experience leading a small team and developing team members.
• Strong multi-channel digital marketing experience across paid media, e-commerce, email/CRM, and social.
• Paid-media judgment and the ability to brief and challenge an agency and support budget decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Canadian marketing team and oversee marketing across B2C and B2B, including e-commerce, paid media, email, social, retailer programs, and product branding.
• Manage a team of three Marketing Specialists (B2C, Design, and B2B).
• Work with an international head office to align strategy and execution.
