Job summary

Wagepoint is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the SMB acquisition funnel across Canada. You will lead paid search, social, SEO, CRO, email, and referrals, using data and testing to attract the right customers efficiently.

You will report to the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in growth or digital marketing, hands-on multi-channel experience, and strong GA4 analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth/digital marketing experience.
• Experience owning a segment- or channel-level growth strategy.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, PPC directories, SEO, CRO and referrals.
• Track record of building multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing acquisition funnels (landing pages, conversions, leads).
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, GSC and CRM/automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and own growth strategy for SMB segment, KPIs and roadmap.
• Run paid search, paid social, and display across major platforms.
• Own technical SEO and organic growth for SMB and Partner audiences.
• Lead CRO program and optimize landing pages and forms.
• Manage listings on directory and review sites (Capterra, G2).
• Own email strategy and lifecycle campaigns.
• Grow SMB referral program with incentives and tracking.
• Plan and launch integrated campaigns across channels.
• Reallocate budget based on performance and insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Content and Customer Success.
