Job summary

Sterling Kohler is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to lead Canadian product and content marketing initiatives remotely.

You will collaborate with the Canadian sales and marketing team to raise brand saliency and profitability, provide data insights, and support Kohler, Sterling, and Hytec brands in Canada in both English and French. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and experience with GTM strategies, digital campaigns, and multisource analytics.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis and strategic development to identify opportunities in Canada.
• Lead marketing planning for product launches and content campaigns in English and French.
• Manage new product commercialization and go-to-market strategies for Canada with channel partners.
• Prepare data analytics and sales performance reports for launches and campaigns.
• Support brand strategy and implement brand plans with KPI tracking and NPS studies.
• Develop marketing assets and communications for Kohler, Sterling, and Hytec channels in both languages.
