The role is hybrid in London, ON and/or remote for the GTA, offering Ontario-wide flexibility. A bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in growth marketing are preferred, with strong SEO, paid search, and email expertise.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead growth marketing and drive demand generation across channels.
• Hands-on expertise with SEO, paid search, paid social, email, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated growth marketing strategy from lead generation to retention.
• Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team while remaining hands-on with strategy and execution.
• Develop data-driven SEO, paid media, email, and AI-enabled marketing approaches.
• Oversee digital advertising strategy and optimization across channels.
• Lead SEO and lead-generation initiatives.
