Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with proven success in strategy development and execution.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and tools including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote products/services, increase brand visibility, and drive sales.
• Lead market research to identify audiences, trends, and competitor insights to inform brand guidelines and tactics.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials including website content, ads, swag, social media content and communications.
• Manage digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to optimize reach and conversions.
• Analyze marketing data and ROI to make data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve strategies and tactics.
• Manage marketing budget, allocate resources, and track expenses to ensure ROI.
