GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard to deliver frontline security and exceptional customer service in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will engage with guests, control access, monitor for risks, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

The role requires a valid security license, First Aid certification, and strong basic IT/phone skills; shifts include weekend coverage and long hours, with uniform provided.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Trucks inbounds and outbounds.
• Monitoring rail traffic.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Perform computer tasks.
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule: Sat and SunContinental rotation 12-hour shifts. 12:00-00:00 or 00:00-12:00
