Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems for suspicious activity or malfunctions
• Document incidents and observations in detailed, accurate reports
• Respond promptly to any security incidents, threats, or emergencies
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Control access to restricted areas and verify visitor identities
• Maintain accurate logs of yard traffic, deliveries, and visitors
• Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and up to date
• Coordinate with the shipping team to resolve any documentation issues
• Communicate effectively with team members via radio
• Assist in handling emergency situations when required
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious or escalated situations
• Support the shift lead by carrying out assigned duties as part of the team
