Toast is looking for a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to expand its presence among Asian Cuisine restaurants. This bilingual role requires Mandarin and English and involves calls, demos, and closing contracts in the customer’s language.

You will handle inbound leads, create quotes, and coordinate with onboarding to ensure customer success in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin communication with customers is essential, with English used for internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin is required for this role.
• Prior Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An entrepreneurial and feedback driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conducting discovery calls & product demos in your customer’s language.
• Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in your customer’s language.
• Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape in your market to position Toast.
